Shipping policy
1. Digital Products
Upon confirmation of payment receipt, our system will automatically send a download link for digital products to the customer's email address. Therefore, customers must provide accurate contact information when placing their orders. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact our customer service at hello@drunkbees.com for assistance.
2. Physical Products
For physical products (e.g. Wines and Tasting Accessories), shipping arrangements will be made within three business days after payment confirmation. Most items will be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse and typically arrive within approximately ten business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, order amount and product type.

[ Wines ]
- Orders below HKD 2,000: HKD 150 Delivery Charge.
- Orders HKD 2,000 or above: Free Shipping.
[ Accessories ]
- Orders below HKD 500: HKD 50 Delivery Charge.
- Order HKD 500 or above: Free Shipping.
International (Accessories only)
[ Accessories ]
- Orders below USD 300: USD 40 Delivery Charge.
- Orders USD 300 or above: Free Shipping.
Please note that due to customs regulations and tax implications, we do not ship wines to any regions outside of Hong Kong. If you reside outside of Hong Kong and are willing to handle these procedures yourself, please contact our customer service at hello@drunkbees.com to discuss potential arrangements.
We strive to optimize all operational aspects and processes, and customers will be able to track their order status through improved interfaces in the future. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
3. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Wines and other fragile items are secured in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. International Shipping
For orders shipped internationally, Drunk Bees is not responsible for overseas customs clearance and taxes. Customers are required to handle these procedures themselves. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
