Physical Products
- Rare Finds: Many of our physical products, such as wines and accessories, are rare finds and often unique items. Due to their rarity and limited availability, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
- Order Confirmation: Customers must verify their order details, including product selection and quantity, before finalizing the purchase. Once the payment is processed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
- Damage During Shipping: In the unlikely event that a physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@drunkbees.com with photographic evidence of the damage. We will discuss the situation with the third-party logistics company involved and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. However, please note that due to the high value and rarity of some items, a replacement may not be available. In such cases, our liability will be limited to discussing potential resolutions without guaranteeing a specific outcome.
